Join us in championing fair and equitable elections, informed voting, and civic engagement. Your membership empowers the League of Women Voters of Salt Lake -  Wasatch Back, to promote voter education, advocate for policy change, and encourage active participation in democracy.

What Your Membership Supports

The League of Women Voters of Salt Lake - Wasatch Back, is a grassroots, nonpartisan organization working to protect and expand voting rights and ensure everyone is represented in our democracy. Your membership directly supports:

  • Voter registration and education, including outreach at naturalization ceremonies, community events, and campuses and schools

  • Candidate forums and voter guides to help residents make informed choices in local elections

  • Monitoring local government to promote transparency and accountability

  • Civic education and issue studies, including small-group discussions and public presentations

  • Advocacy in partnership with LWV Utah on legislative priorities such as redistricting reform, environmental protection, equitable access to healthcare and housing, and passage of the Equal Rights Amendment in Utah

  • Defending democracy through education, litigation, and public engagement
