Helen has been a member of LWVSL since 2018, formerly serving as Membership Committee Chair and currently as Voter Services Director. In addition, she has monitored the Utah Legislature’s Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment Committees as part of the Legislative Action Committee (LAC), serves on the LWVUT Natural Resources Umbrella Committee and actively participated in the “Utah’s Transition to Clean Energy” study in 2020 and the “Utah Election Processes” study in 2021.
